Ordering Information
We require a $35.00 minimum order. If your order is less, then the minimum will apply.
We warrant our products for quality and workmanship.
Standard finishes as close as possible to original will be supplied, depending upon availability.
Use complete addresses on all orders.
Shipping
All shipments are made from St. Thomas, Ontario. We can ship via a variety of companies, including Couriers Plus, Purolator, UPS, DHL, etc.
All claims on merchandise lost or damaged in transit shall be made by the consignee, except for parcel post claims, which shall be handled through our office. Once a shipment delivered by truck, bus, or express is signed for, then our responsibility ceases and it is up to the carrier to honour claim for damages or loss.
No returns are accepted without authorization of Wielhouwer Replacement Hardware. If determined to be a result of company error, full credit will be allowed. Customer error is subject to a 25% handling charge. Any merchandise out of stock for more than 30 days will not be accepted for credit.
