Ordering Information
We require a $35.00 minimum order. If your order is less, then the minimum will apply.
We warrant our products for quality and workmanship.
Standard finishes as close as possible to original will be supplied, depending upon availability.
Use complete addresses on all orders.
Shipping
All shipments will be made from St. Thomas, Ontario. Please specify air, UPS or common carrier.
All claims on merchandise lost or damaged in transit shall be made by the consignee, except parcel post claims which shall be handled through our office. Once a shipment is signed for by truck, bus or express, then our responsibility ceases and it is up to the carrier to honour claim for damages or loss.
No returns accepted without our authorization. If the error is ours, full credit will be allowed. If the error is yours, there will be 15% handling charge. Merchandise out of stock more than 30 days will not be accepted for credit.
